Brock Bowers continues to practice full, which is the best news. More good news on Thursday as Maxx Crosby and Adam Butler returned to practice after being sidelined Wednesday with back issues. Pete Carroll said on Wednesday that he expected both Butler and Crosby to play Sunday.
