Reliable Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano has reported that Enzo Maresca’s Chelsea side have been tabs on the status of Mathys Tel and has decided to hold talks with Bayern Munich regarding the signing of the player. Tel has fallen out of favour at the German club and has struggled to receive first-team football.
