Mark Sonnenblick, who wrote "Golden" for Sony and Netflix’s 'Kpop Demon Hunters,' has signed with Kraft-Engel Management and PAL PR.

KPop Demon Hunters' soundtrack logs a milestone third top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart with 'Soda Pop' climbing to No. 10.

Now, after a drought of 28 years, a soundtrack has generated three Hot 100 top 10s once again: Netflix’s animated KPop Demon Hunters. The set slays with HUNTR/X ’s “Golden,” which hit No. 1 on the Aug. 16 chart, and Saja Boys ’ “Your Idol” and “Soda Pop.”

That journey has been a quick ride to the top. The PG-rated animated film about a K-pop girl group that uses songs and swords to save the world hit Netflix June 20 and almost immediately soared to the streamer's Top 10.

In the climax of KPop Demon Hunters, Jinu's demise occurs as he sacrifices himself to save Rumi. Nevertheless, a fresh fan theory suggests that another character perished because of Gwi Ma, altering the trajectory of the Netflix animated series.
