Snyder was one of 16 men arrested in the sting and has a court date scheduled for Monday, per the Columbus Dispatch. He plans to plead guilty to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct, according to Columbus' WCMH-TV. That would be a fourth-degree misdemeanor.
