Missouri lawmakers wrapped up their summer special session with the passage of stadium incentives and tornado relief. The bills are now on the governor’s desk, and he’s expected to sign them in the coming days.

Missouri lawmakers have approved hundreds of millions of dollars of incentives to try to persuade the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals to keep playing in Missouri.

The House passed the bill by a 143-2 vote Wednesday. The bill is headed to Gov. Mike Kehoe's desk for a signature.
