A young New England Patriots defensive end had a lot to say to the media about the team's old and new coaching staffs.

New England Patriots defensive tackle Christian Barmore revealed that he is studying at least four linemen in preparation for the 2025 season.

Since being traded to the Cowboys for minor draft compensation, the former Patriots quarterback has made a strong impression with his new team. Fans have marveled at his athleticism. Media have taken note of his brilliant performances so far during mini camp.

The Patriots installed new playbooks, established their practice routine, and developed chemistry with a roster and coaching staff that has dozens of new faces.

The New England Patriots are hosting linebacker Wes Steiner and offensive guard Marcus Wehr for minicamp tryouts.

“I would hope that everyone would think that we’re terrible,” Diggs said, “ (So) we fly under the radar, hide in the bushes.” Diggs referred back to being a 5th-round draft pick in 2015 for the Minnesota Vikings who wasn’t expected to do much. Four Pro Bowls, and six 1,000-yard seasons later, Diggs has had the last laugh.

Drake Maye is expected to take a big jump on the field and in the locker room for the Patriots. The 22-year-old is embracing every challenge along the way.

Patriots receiver Stefon Diggs was mostly mum on questions about his viral boat video, telling reporters, "I don't talk about my personal life with people I don't know personally."

Selected 38th overall, running back TreVeyon Henderson has the potential for a more well-rounded game than some of the other third-down backs who played under McDaniels with the Patriots. But Henderson has spent some time watching retired Patriots great James White early in his tenure in New England.
