According to a report by Tom Pelissero at NFL Network, Lockett will be joining former Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll and starting quarterback Geno Smith when he signs with the Las Vegas Raiders.

Ouzts now has up to 21 days of practice before he either must rejoin the team or return to the IR for the rest of the season. Should Ouzts be ready to return to action within the next 21 days, a roster move will have to be made in order to get him back on the active 53-man squad.
