Norco baseball team defeats Sherman Oaks Notre Dame to reach Division 1 title game

The Notre Dame baseball team’s playoff game will be rescheduled after the team bus was involved in a crash on Tuesday afternoon.

The 10th-seeded Big Blue baseball team got the pitching it needed and continued to run wild on the bases in taking a 5-2 victory at 7th-seeded Notre Dame in a NJSIAA South Jersey Non-Public A first-round game Tuesday.

USC and Notre Dame have renewed talks to restart their historic rivalry series, but the earliest the game would likely return is the 2030 season.
