With Halloween around the corner, the Parkersburg Police Department wants to remind people to be cautious as people are trick or treating outside.

4-7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25. Cotanchobee Park, 601 Water St., Tampa. Families can expect a spooky night of trick-or-treating, a costume contest, a “Thriller” flash mob, a Halloween-themed market and a movie on the lawn featuring “Monsters, Inc.” The movie will start at 7:30 p.m. Guests are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs.
