The arrival of Utah Hockey Club has given a boost to youth hockey programs in the state — both in terms of enthusiasm for the sport, and support from the NHL.

The ice fun changes a little from 6:30-8 p.m. at the rink, when the Bulls join in for broomball, which is like hockey except that players use brooms and a ball instead of sticks and a puck.
