On Friday evening, Anna and Josh Bateson sat in the area of their basement they had turned into a "studio apartment" for their daughter Samantha. The walls were decorated with dozens of her photos.

Bateson's parents Anna and Josh were at the meeting Monday. They said they're going to do whatever they can to prevent what happened to their daughter from happening to any other children.
