LEXINGTON, Neb. (KNOP) - A Lexington man pleaded not guilty to first degree murder in Dawson County District Court this week.
The woman worked for the business and cashed the forged checks for about 20 months, according to court documents.
The man is still being treated at a local hospital and there are no updates at this time on his medical condition.
