"Jenkins was located and apprehended during a targeted arrest operation near North Pauline Street at approximately 1700 hours on October 19th," the press release read. "This operation reflects the Task Force’s strategic focus on high risk offenders and its commitment to swift, coordinated enforcement actions."

The filing comes after an appeals court overturned another order that prevented the Trump administration from deploying the Oregon National Guard to Portland.
