OTTAWA — U.S. 224 is closed Thursday, March 13 to repair a railroad crossing in downtown Ottawa. CSX Railroad will fix the crossing. It’s anticipated to reopen at 3 p.m.
Part of a downtown Ottawa parking garage collapsed early Wednesday morning, sending slabs of concrete and a section of an upper wall plunging to the ground below.
