BETHLEHEM, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A 30-foot sailboat sank in the Hudson River on Monday, per the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). It happened near the Henry Hudson Boat Launch in Bethlehem.

I lived on a sailboat full time. After about a year and a half, I chose to get an apartment instead. Simple activities, such as showering and grocery shopping, were much more difficult on a boat.
