Paris was hit by a heavy tornado on Monday night. Three cranes fell and hit two houses, among them a clinic. One person died and several were injured.

A tornado tore through Val-d'Oise, north of Paris, on Monday, toppling construction cranes, damaging properties and uprooting trees in its path.
