Severe weather chances will increase through the weekend as a more active pattern takes hold. While a few isolated storms are possible Sunday, Monday stands out as the day with the greatest potential for widespread severe weather.
The fantastic weather continues across the Mid South and changes do not appear to be coming anytime soon. Highs will get above 80° on Friday and stay that way for the next week or longer. Highs could make it up close to 90° next week.
