ESPN's Kevin Seifert shared in his latest training notebook some precise updates on how much work he is picking up early on in Vikings training camp. Seifert writes, "New right guard Will Fries worked with the first team for about half of its snaps Monday as he continues to ramp up following his offseason recovery from a broken leg."
