The Warriors were defeated by the Kings on Wednesday night, and Kevon Looney's absence was felt in the frontcourt.

A hard foul that Warriors big man Kevon Looney committed on Anthony Davis in Saturday's game has been upgraded.

Looney started Wednesday's game but was replaced by Trayce Jackson-Davis to open the second half. The veteran finished the contest scoreless (0-3 FG) and recorded two rebounds across nine minutes. Quinten Post and Jackson-Davis should handle center duties for the rest of the contest.

Looney ended Monday's 125-85 loss to the Celtics with five points (2-4 FG, 1-2 FT), seven rebounds and one assist in 16 minutes. With Draymond Green (calf) sidelined for at least three more games, Looney could have a bit more opportunity in the short term behind Trayce Jackson-Davis.

Already battling a slew of injuries in the first part of the season, the Warriors lost Kevon Looney midway through the game due to an illness. Looney has been playing well for Golden State.
