Jayden Daniels and the Commanders delivered Washington's first playoff win in nearly 19 years. The celebration was short-lived as they turn their attention to the next challenge of playing at the NFC-leading Detroit Lions in the divisional round on Saturday night.

The Washington Commanders got some help from the goal post, as Zane Gonzalez doinked the game-winning field goal in to beat the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to move on in the playoffs.

The Commanders, who went 4-13 last season, have won by paying attention to detail. Late-game success enabled them to post a 12-5 record in Quinn's first season. Quarterback Jayden Daniels was a huge key in Sunday's win, but the Washington defense allowed 284 yards, slowing the Bucs' high-powered offense.

The Bucs did everything they could, but it came down to a doink by Commanders kicker Zane Gonzalez that took a positive bounce for the road team.
