BOSTON – Joonas Korpisalo made 29 saves and posted his third shutout of the season for the Boston Bruins in a 2-0 win against the Ottawa Senators at TD Garden on Thursday.

It’s not like the Ottawa Senators stunk up the TD Garden on Thursday. It wasn’t like the game two days before when the Senators absorbed an embarrassing 5-0 road spanking against the New York Rangers.

Pavel Zacha will continue to center David Pastrnak and Morgan Geekie the top line ... be between Justin Brazeau and Johnny Beecher. Joonas Korpisalo will start in goal against the Sharks.

For the second-last time this season, the Boston Bruins (24-20-6) battled the Ottawa Senators (24-20-4) in a pivotal divisional matchup that may have large playoff implications later down the line.
