The Louisiana Tulip Fest is set to bloom on the Northshore ... Owners of the farm debuted the festival last year after having an abundance of tulips in preparation for another flower festival.

The 84th Tulip Festival, a celebration of the city's Dutch heritage, will be held May 15-17 in downtown Orange City.
