Tropical Storm Melissa has formed in the Caribbean Sea. The storm will impact Jamaica, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico and parts of the Leeward Islands this week. The National Hurricane Center track takes the storm North over the Caribbean Islands and Cuba this weekend.
