Spongebob Squarepants is the longest running children's cartoon on Nickelodeon. Debuting in 1999, the show has run for 15 seasons alongside five animated feature films.

The five swimmers are Sharon Smith, Tracy Powell, Carl Probert, Terence Erasito and Harvie Probert, who secured qualification after participating in The Grand Prix 2 swimming competition.
