Both of these devices are fueled by the same processor, the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy. That is essentially a slightly overclocked variant of the regular Snapdragon 8 Elite from Qualcomm.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra features a 6.9-inch WQHD+ (3120 x 1440) Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with Gorilla Armor 2 protection. That panel is flat, and it supports an adaptive refresh rate (1-120Hz).
