Alda’s appearance comes nearly 44 years to the day after The Four Seasons film premiered in theaters on April 30, 1981. Sadly, Alda is the only original actor to make an appearance in the series, although DECIDER recently chatted with Fey, who said they are open to welcoming Burnett if her schedule clears up and they get a second season.

The eight-episode series starring Tina Fey, Colman Domingo and Will Forte doesn't add anything new to the original.
