The Rams took Auburn running back Jarquez Hunter in the NFL draft on Saturday, and the pick came as a surprise to many. Hunter ran for over 1,200 yards this year for the Tigers on 6.4 yards per carry.

The Los Angeles Rams used their fourth-round pick to select Jarquez Hunter, a running back from Auburn University. Sean McVay opened up about what his skill set brings to the Rams in a press conference.

Not only does Hunter have impressive speed, but he's a wrecking ball of a runner. He breaks tackles consistently when he gets downhill, in part because of how powerful his lower half is. According to AL.com, Hunter squatted 600 pounds – as a freshman at Auburn.
