The Phillies traded infielder Kody Clemens to the Minnesota Twins in exchange for cash considerations, the team announced Saturday.

Clemens got only one at-bat through the season’s first 14 games. The move comes five days after the team designated him for assignment to open a roster spot for Weston Wilson.
