The No. 4 Indiana Pacers kicked off the conference semifinals by taking home court from the No. 1-seeded Cleveland Cavaliers with a 121-112 victory in Game 1. The Cavaliers will try to bounce back Tuesday (7 p.m. ET, TNT).

The field for the NBA’s second round of the playoffs, the conference semifinals, is set as teams continue their push for the NBA Finals.

As expected, the Pacers are heavy underdogs heading into their Eastern Conference semifinals matchup with No. 1 seed Cleveland.

The Cavaliers had no trouble with the Miami Heat in the first round. Cleveland swept Miami in the most lopsided series in NBA history, outscoring the Heat by 122 points in four games. The Cavs had seven players average in double figures in scoring in the first-round sweep and averaged 126 points per game against Miami.

The Cavs lost their first game of the NBA playoffs to the Indiana Pacers on Sunday night, 121-112, inside a stunned Rocket Arena.
