The 2025 4 Nations Face-Off is officially here! In lieu of the NHL All-Star Game, the league has pulled the top players from four countries for a week-long tournament to determine the best of the best. This year the league implemented a new format, with the All-Stars drafted into three teams of eight players. They will face off with the winner of Friday night’s Rising Stars Challenge in a small, single-elimination tournament on Sunday night.

Though it had no chance of reaching the title game, Sweden capped off the 4 Nations Face-Off with a 2-1 victory over the United States on Monday. The United States struck first as Chris Kreider found the net just 35 seconds into the game.
