Guyton (knee) is optimistic that he'll be ready to play in the Cowboys ' season opener against the Eagles, Calvin Watkins of the Dallas Morning News reports.

An MRI revealed that Cowboys left tackle Tyler Guyton suffered a bone fracture -- not a torn ACL -- in his right knee during Monday's practice. He will sit out four to six weeks, but the injury will not require surgery.
