Can see the entire stage! Good view. Seats are a bit cramped and not super comfortable. This seat should be considered obstructed view. When sitting normally you cannot see the left side of the stage and there’s always the railing in your view. In order to see properly you need to lean forward which then blocks others’ view.

Seats are cushioned on the bottom but the back is a little hard. Not much room wise for mobility and mens bathroom is on the bottom floor with no visable elevator. Seat wise is nice and the view is great. Excellent aisle seat, only one row behind, next to exit to lobby & bar (great for intermission). Clear view of whole stage. Excellent seat.
