Airfryer Gnocchi! Have you ever tried to cook gnocchi in an air fryer? The result is super crispy little potatoes, perfect for a snack or as part of dinner. There’s just two ingredients; 500g of gnocchi and 1/2 tbsp of oil. I prefer to use the long shelf life gnocchi rather than the fresh stuff. It’s less likely to break apart in the air fryer.
