Low To High Cable Chets Fly (Upper Pec Focus) - Now I'm not a huge fan of this exercise i think their are better options, it is probably best to do this seated for added stability. However you choose to do this, make sure that the cable/line of force is in the direction of your arm path which aligns with the upper pec fibres. Imo the best way to do cable flyes is the most stable. If you’re trying to do a mid-chest focused cable flye with the cables set at shoulder height and find it hard to balance, I recommend setting the cables high and bending over. #fyp #fitness #gym #bodybuilding #tiktoktaughtme
