Tioga Peak is a lesser-known summit tucked in the eastern Sierra, just outside Yosemite’s Tioga Pass entrance. Rising 11,526 feet, it offers a short but steep hike with incredible payoff. From the top, you get sweeping views of Tioga Lake shimmering below, Mount Dana, Mount Conness looming nearby, and Mono Lake stretching far off in the distance. On clear days, you can even spot much of Yosemite’s high country and the jagged ridgelines of the Sierra Nevada. Hike details 🥾⬇️ 💫 Length- 2.6 miles
