The City of Alexandria has begun relocating City services and employee offices to prepare for major renovations to City Hall and Market Square. Relocations will continue through the end of 2025, with renovations beginning in January 2026. On September 25, the Department of Finance's Office of Real Estate Assessments will temporarily move from City Hall to 100 N. Pitt St. on the second floor.
