What happens when you replace 100% of the flour in a cookie recipe with protein powder?! A lot of you asked, and I answered! Earlier this week I tested replacing up to 60% of the flour in a chocolate chip cookie recipe, and the results were surprising. I thought for sure replacing 100% of the flour would NOT work & be absolutely awful cookies. I was wrong! The worst part about these is the slight protein powdery after taste, but honestly, the texture was quite good. Each cookie has 198 calories
