Thirteen years ago, my closest friend and creative partner Charles Anthony Silvestri (Tony) lost his wife, Julie, to ovarian cancer. The Sacred Veil tells their story, from their first moments of love, to the birth of their children, to Julie's diagnosis, to their struggle with her illness, and finally, to the moment of her death.
