My favourite way to store watermelon is cut and in an airtight container in the fridge. I normally find it’s good for a week or so. Perfect to prep for a weeks worth of lunchboxes 👏🏼 If I don’t cut it up when I buy it I often find it sits uneaten in my fridge for too long so this is a winner on my house.
