🐟🌿 Chinese Algae Eater (Gyrinocheilus aymonieri) – A hardy freshwater fish native to Southeast Asia, often kept for its algae-eating abilities. Young fish eagerly graze on algae, but as they mature, they may prefer prepared foods and can become territorial. Best kept in large aquariums (30 gallons) with plenty of hiding spots, smooth rocks, and good water flow (72–82°F, pH 6.5–7.5).
