This is the little male Silver Hair bat that we got in a few nights ago. He does have a little cut above his right eye that I’m treating. When we get bats in that were awoken for whatever reason during their hibernation, we can’t just expect them to eat and drink on their own because they won’t. They would hang right in the enclosure and starve themselves to death 😞 literally. When they are awoken from their hibernation they use up stored fat and when we get them they will not fully hibernate.
