Pasifika Day was pretty good yesterday! It’s been ages since I last went. The weather was lovely and sunny. It was great to see all the Polynesians, Micronesians and Melanesians come together to celebrate and embrace our cultures. I had to wait an hour in line to get an island food plate, but it was worth it! I ate it all because the flavours reminded me memories. Watching the a few island culture dances are great! Fruit drink otai was refreshing! #polynesian #pasifika #nz #melanisian_vibes🇫🇯�
