🌵Nopal Cilantro lime Rice Ingredients: 1 cup rice 3 cacti pads (nopales) 1/2 white onion 2 big tomatillos or 3-4 small ones 1 poblano pepper Handful of cilantro 2-3 garlic cloves 1/4 cup lime juice 1 cup veggie broth or water 1/4 cup green onions Salt to taste Start by soaking your cacti in salt for 10-15 min. Then rinse under cold water. This helps remove the slime. For my rice, I also like to soak it in water for at least 15 min then rinse it. To make out broth blend the following: Tomatillos
