Although you may have heard sloths be called two-toed and three-toed sloths however this is actually not anatomically correct. As both sloths possess three ‘toes’ on their hind limbs and the difference actually lies in their ‘fingers’. Therefore three-fingered and two-fingered is more analogically correct. Her diet at the zoo consists of romaine lettuce, green leaf lettuce, a small amount of collard greens, kale, cooked sweet potato, cooked carrot, squash, a small amount of apple or pear, and biscuits made for zoo herbivores.
