Cyclone Alfred crossed over the Moreton Bay islands, off Brisbane, early Saturday morning and was downgraded to a tropical low about 6am Saturday, but it still packed a punch. Big news for Moreton Bay’s wildlife! 🐨🦘 A dedicated wildlife hospital and education hub will soon be built right here in City of Moreton Bay with $15 million in funding confirmed for the project by the State Government at today’s Leaders’ Forum.
